Nely Rose provides fractional Go-to-Market consulting and strategy services for B2B SaaS and AI startups. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer until a separate written agreement is executed.

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for consulting engagements are defined in a proposal, statement of work, or consulting agreement between you and Nely Rose.

No guarantees

GTM outcomes depend on many factors including product quality, market conditions, team execution, and capital availability. Case studies and metrics shared on the Site illustrate past engagements but do not guarantee similar results for any future client.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, frameworks, branding, graphics, and the GTM Operating System methodology — is owned by Nely Rose or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Automated access is also governed by our robots.txt file and Content-Signal headers. Internet Archive / Wayback Machine crawling and AI-model training permissions are controlled independently and may be restricted; search and AI retrieval (ai-input) remain subject to the live signals published at https://nelyrose.com/robots.txt and described on https://nelyrose.com/security and https://nelyrose.com/llms.txt.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, transmit malware, scrape content at scale in violation of robots.txt or Content-Signal, or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
